Shipping policy

We currently ship orders across India to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation, subject to product availability and order verification. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping and tracking details through your registered email address, phone number, or other applicable communication channels. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen logistical delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, but orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including their name, mobile number, PIN code, building or house number, street, locality, and city, as Vamikatrends will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or the customer being unavailable to receive the order, re-shipping may be subject to applicable additional shipping charges. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed. We currently aim to provide safe and secure packaging to help protect your products during transit; however, in the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged, customers are advised to take photographs or videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible at vamikatrends.care@gmail.com or +91 91066 82201 with the order details and supporting images/videos so that we can review the matter and assist appropriately. Vamikatrends shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
